Mr. Kesting’s non-writing career is as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) and is something he enjoys nearly as much as writing. He has been practicing anesthesia for nearly 20 years, but writing creatively for as long as he can remember. Because of his passion—or intractable compulsion—to tell a story, he insists that he’ll continue to write long after he quits his day job.
Chris is originally from the Chicagoland area, but has called western Michigan home now for nearly ten years. The Kesting’s enjoy their wooded riverfront home with all manner of inspirational beasts—natural or otherwise.
